We tune every HD engine ECM — on-highway trucks (European and North American), agricultural equipment (tractors, combines, sprayers), construction machinery (excavators, loaders, dozers, forwarders), plus gensets and marine diesel. The brand list on our page is just the most common — in practice there's no "not supported" list. If you're unsure, ask — we'll confirm within a day.

Standard requests — power tune, economy map, multimap, DPF/EGR solutions — usually wrap within the same business day. Complex or first-of-kind jobs can take longer; in those cases we quote a timeframe upfront after reviewing your file.

The original ECM read (ORI) from your flashing tool — .bin, .hex, .s19, or whatever dump format your tool produces. Include logs if you have them. If the file needs a checksum repair, we handle it.

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the assigned engineer and you have access — never third parties. Every download is logged, and archived files remain available so you can re-pull any delivery later.

Revisions are included. Click "Report issue" on the delivery row, describe what's off, and attach logs if possible. Free — unless the change is a scope expansion, in which case we'll quote a small surcharge before starting.

You see the price before the tune is delivered — either the standard rate for your ECM + options, or a custom quote we propose for your approval. After delivery we issue an invoice you can pay from the invoice page. Fleet discounts are available for recurring customers.
